HD100 Controller and FUSION Post Processor
« on: January 30, 2023, 02:02:39 PM »
Please pardon my ignorance. I do a lot of work with Fusion, but I am totally new to CAM work and CNC world. When I do the post processing out of Fusion and it produces the PHS-F format, what do I do with that next. The CNC controller does not recognize that file type.

are you running a 4x4 with HD100 controller or a T series?  if so.... it isn't going to like that much.  if you're running a S series either 4x4 or 4x8 w/DSP it shouldn't give you any issues.

let me know which you're running and we can get this resolved quickly for you.

since many HD100 machines are finding themselves out in the wilds, i'm going to move the last few posts of this thread over to another section for HD100 controllers specifically so we can limit some of the confusion.
